Closed being converted to 2 houses and erection of 3 new dwellings

The second oldest pub in Nailsea that provided fresh water to the village in the 18th century. Refurbished in 2010, this is a family-friendly pub by day, entertainment hotspot by night. The interior is true to its period with flagstone floors, inglenook fireplace and linked drinking areas. There is a wheel chair ramp down from the main road. It has a good car park (with airport parking) & pleasant front patio area. (Freehold For Sale April 2013 by joneslanglasalle.co.uk, hence no real ale while under holding management.)
