This is a club, which means that the bar may be only open to members.
When Nailsea was developed in the early 1960s, the Mizzymead Farmyard was donated for community use by the Wyatt family. A charity now runs the facility which is open to the public by prior arrangement for functions, conferences, bowls, tennis, snooker, skittles, bridge and numerous other recreational and sporting activities. The social club supports these facilities, and the bar is open to all - serving coffee in addition to the usual drinks you would expect in a social club bar.
