Busy ale-led community pub located on the Swan Island. Customers are predominantly local but visitors feel welcome. The main room is a comfortable lounge, a smaller room to the rear for games and meetings, and a pool room.

One permanent ale, three or four changing guest beers are usually available, mostly through the SIBA list. Real cider is also available, which is regularly changed. A bus service from Lichfield and Cannock stops a few yards from the pub.
