Access to the White Bear is via a small courtyard just off the High Street. Probably dating from the 17th century, the interior is long and narrow. Although notionally all one room, there are at least half a dozen different areas, some carpeted and some with polished wooden floors. The wlls are painted in a sort of grey colour which doesn't really do justice to the building and there are pictures of old Whitchurch on the walls. A pool table can be found in the rear section. There are outdoor areas to the front and back. The solitary handpumnp dispenses Shropshire Gold. Food is not srved. Music can be somewhat loud.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 1 regular beer.
