A small Grade II-listed 18th-century terraced local attracting both young and old. The rear balcony gives views of the River Severn down to the Cathedral and a footpath along the riverside gives an alternate access via a flight of steps. Dog friendly plus a separate family-friendly pool room. Televised sport brings a lively atmosphere. Newspapers and WiFi available. Sunday night quiz.
