Small corner pub opposite the church. It was a pub before being becoming a shop and then became a pub again. It fields teams in the local darts and dominos league.

It is a friendly place where you are not a stranger for very long, that said though, music is sometimes rather obtrusive. It is comfortably furnished. There is a TV, but it is rarely on except for showing very major events, or in the winter, burning logs!

The only food available is pizzas.

Under new ownership & management late November 2025.

There is usually two real ales on, often from Revolution Brewery by which name Plan B Brewery is now known following their relocation from Newport to Market Drayton.

Tends to close earlier than 11pm if quiet.
