An 18th century pub situated in a pleasant village just outside Wem.
Re-opened November 2020 as part of the Craft and Jam Venues group after a long period of closure . Fully modernised and opened up interior decorated in a contemporary style. Outside seating to the front and rear of the pub.
Popular for food which is of a high standard.
Two handpumps dispense beers often from the Marston's range though Black Sheep Best Bitter sometimes makes an appearance.
Tilley is a pleasant walk along the River Roden from opposite Wem Mill (the building with a tall chimney).
