This Pub is Permanently Closed

In Sep 2013, this pub was boarded up and looking quite derelict. A planning application (ref. 15/01282/FUL) to convert the building into four residential dwellings was validated by City of Bradford MDC in Apr 2015. Planning permission was granted in May 2015. Google Earth imagery from Jul 2021 confirms the new use as residential properties.
