This Club is Permanently Closed

This is a club, which means that the bar may be only open to members.

Non members accompanied by a member.

Social club primarily for University scholars & employees. There is a single bar downstairs with plenty of seating and a separate snooker room. There is also a bar upstairs in the large function room which is available for hire including Saturdays when the club is normally closed. There are various sports clubs and the function room is busy most mid week evenings with dance classes. The club is also host to the CAMRA Cambridge Beer Festival - Winter.

The USC closed in March 2020 and the University decided to not reopen it. It is currently being used for academic purposes. The local area including the club building is due to be redeveloped.
