The Royal Oak was taken over in 2013 by the operators of Fifty-Five NW1, renamed and since run progressively more as a cocktail bar, open daily until 2.30am. Cask beer discontinued in 2015. Keg beers include Camden Town,

The former multi-coloured exterior underwent a 2014 make-over to plain black.
