Small town-centre club that has been trading since 1933 and is making its seventh appearance in the Good Beer Guide. Its four handpumps include two dispensing changing guest ales from breweries near and far. The club hosts dominoes and skittles teams, and holds regular events including monthly quizzes, live music and cheese and wine tastings. CAMRA members are welcome and guests may be signed in.
