This Pub is Permanently Closed

The Tom Thumb was a small post-war local within a residential area to the south of Blaby town centre. There was a single room with two conservatories attached. Everards closed the pub in 2019 due to insufficient trade, and by 2020, new houses had been built on the site.

Planning application: 19/0349/FUL. Erection of 10 dwellings on land at Tom Thumb public house and demolition of the existing pub. Tom Thumb Public House The Fairway Blaby Leicestershire. Permitted 11 October 2019.
