A 100 year old traditional country pub with three rooms, including the main bar with a wood burner. Five beers generally available including a house beer called Shoes Best Bitter which is from Green King. This welcoming community pub has regular quiz nights, music on alternate Fridays, darts dominoes and bingo. Families and dogs welcome throughout the pub, patio and garden which includes a children's play area. Real cider available in the summer.

Camping is available at the top of the car park. There is a water tap and facilities for waste disposal. and a palomino pony also available for children to pet.
