A 14th century coaching inn, no longer on the main road, that has been extended with an attractive conservatory that is especially fine in summer. There is a large lounge bar, divided into two by a huge fireplace, and a separate tap room. At the back is a small wood panelled restaurant that serves an imaginative menu using local ingredients. There is a beer garden to the side and another across the old road, which now doubles as a car park, leading down to the river. A food trailer operates in the summer for outside dining. The Teme Valley brewery is located behind the pub. Beer festivals feature in April, June and early October (for Green Hopped beers). Dog and walker-friendly.
