Reopened on 6th march 2025, the focus is on community and good food. There are two cask ales, mainly from Wye Valley brewery, and log fires during the colder months.
The Michelin-starred chef creates a menu using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, offering pub classics and, Thursdays to Saturdays, an a la carte menu as well. Traditional lunches are provided on Sunday.
There is also a cafe open Wednesday to Saturday 8.30am to 3.30pm, Sunday 8.30am to 11.30am. Breakfasts are available until 11am.
