Stubby's is a short distance north of Parsons Green tube station, and has a one-shop frontage. Oli Man and Greg Weaver have based the concept on their time working together in Australia.

There are daily-fresh sandwiches, salads, and deli. Drinks include coffee, anything trending in the drinks scene in Oz, a full cocktail menu, wine from Australia and New Zealand, plus not least Aussie craft-beer on tap. At date of this entry the draught range included Carlton, Pacifico lager, Kona Golden Ale, Crown lager, and Victoria bitter.

The licence allows sale of alcohol from 10am.
