Originally a private house and dates in part from 1782. A pub by early C19 and named after the 6 bells in St Andrew's Church. Easy to find near the London Road roundabout. Extensively refurbished September 2018, including cellar and toilets. Has a number of separate seating areas and an L-shaped bar. Sold by Greene King, apparently to an investor, early 2025 and currently being run as an independent gastropub serving fresh, locally sourced food all made from scratch.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 2 regular beers.
