This sprawling ground floor Wetherspoon’s conversion of the former Savoy cinema and latterly Tesco’s supermarket, opened in 2000.
It’s frontage, designed to blend in with other nearby buildings, means it is easy to walk past without realising. Named after the poet born in Bilston, in 1862, Sir Henry Newbolt is best remembered for his patriotic and nautical ballads.
Toilets are situated at the rear of the building, so unusually, there are no stairs to climb.
This Pub serves 2 changing beers and 3 regular beers.
