Located on the corner of Exeter Street & Burleigh Street and within the huge Strand Palace Hotel complex, this is self-described as a "gritty new Dive Bar built for the night owls". It was previously Tequila Mockingbird and is now part of that operator's dive bar approach: a rock-led music programme, accessible pricing, and interactive entertainment.

Various keg beers are on offer within the drinks menu. Happy Hour until 8pm. Burgers & wings from Byron may be ordered from the bar. Pool tables, karaoke (booking needed), darts, pinball etc. offer entertainment. Speakers play "a mix of New Wave, Glam Rock, Old School Hip Hop and Alternative Bangers!"
