A cocktail bar opened c2010 as Hemingway's in former bar/restaurant premises, rebranded in 2026 as Seven Elements, signed as Elemen7s, open from early mornings for juices, breakfasts, coffee etc.

The only draught beer, dispensed from a tall font behind the bar, is a Spanish lager from Mahou.

Historic Interest

Grade II listing:- Row of houses (perhaps originally including stables?). Circa late C18. Stucco. Hipped tiled roof to eaves (parapet to High Street facade). 2 storeys. 2 windows to High Street with segmental headed windows, flush framed sashes, plate glass. Shopfront to ground floor. Return to left with square headed windows to upper floor, recessed sashes, some glazing bars. Segmental headed recessed sashes to ground floor. Moulded brick eaves cornice.
