This Pub is Permanently Closed

The Rusty Bike, affiliated to the Fat Pig brewpub, was created from the run-down, shut-down, falling-down Eagle Tavern in 2009. It was popular with students and locals, and served three cask ales from the Fat Pig brewery in Exeter, including the 6% Rusty Pig cider. It abounded with old school and church furniture. There was an extensive food menu sourced from gamekeepers, fishermen and specialist rare-breed farmers. The Rusty Pig had been turned into a platform for their chefs to showcase the fantastic produce.
