One of a rare breed these days - a real 'locals' pub! In a pleasant location overlooking the village green. Ably run by enthusiastic Sarah and her mum Linda.
On entry to the right the small but lively public bar is warmed in winter with a roaring fire and jukebox. A dartboard is adjacent to the window and a well used skittle alley leading off.
On entry to the left leads to the quieter lounge bar and restaurant where Sunday carvery is also available. Pool is played in a larger space off this area and more games are now available such a shove ha'penny and bar skittles as the hosts have developed an enthusiasm for locals to use these games.
