Licensed as a beer house in 1836, this spacious family-run pub is popular with both diners - for its locally sourced and home cooked food – and drinkers for some of the less common beers usually served. Both current and future ales are itemised on the pub’s comprehensive website and each beer has tasting notes and ABV listed. The comfortable pub interior has several distinct seating areas as well as an upstairs function room with a west facing roof terrace.
