This pub dates back to 1835 and has a Lounge bar containing the village quilt assembled by local societies and the village school. There is a local golf society, plus occasional live music. Northamptonshire Skittles, darts and other pubs games available in the public bar, plus Petanque in the garden. Traditional country pub food served Tue-Sat, plus Sunday lunch in the restaurant at the rear of the lounge bar. Food also served Bank Holiday Mondays but not the Tuesday following.
