New tenants from 28 September 2024. The food offering is suspended while the kitchen is refurbished; expected to reopen in November 2024.

The opening hours are planned to be extended by an hour later (Tuesday to Saturday) from mid-October.

The Red Lion is a handsome building dates from 1845. There's a roomy L-shaped bar with old beams and an open fire.
