Two bar pub adjacent to a stop on the new Guided Busway, a former railway line, hence the pub's name. Pleasant lounge with a semi-circular alcove and a large conservatory (which can be used for functions) looking out onto an attractive front beer-garden. Bare-boarded public bar has pool table and TV. Two cask ales. There is step-free access via the rear door but no accessible WC.

Free pool Tuesday evening. Quiz night Wednesday. Meat raffle Friday.

The pub was refurbished in autumn 2025 reopening under new licensees on 17 October. The kitchens will remain closed for a little bit longer.
