This Pub is Closed Long Term

Friendly pub patronised by tourists, ramblers and locals. Many Boy Scout packs meet here - Ist Scott Camp nearby. Local hunt meet up here twice a year. Adjacent is the closed Forstones railway station hence the name. 881 bus service can be accessed with PlusBus ticket if catching the train from Newcastle to Hexham rail station. 2 open fires give the pub a cosy feel.
