The Pour House is a small galley-style bar with a cosy cellar space and bags of personality. Known for its ever-changing line-up of draught cask and craft ales, the focus is firmly on quality and variety – with a strong leaning towards independent and local breweries.
There are 10 rotating craft keg lines, often featuring beers from Siren Craft Brewing, Hawkstone, Electric Bear, and a nitro stout from Bristol Beer Factory – but the line-up is always changing to keep things fresh. You’ll also find two hand-pulled cask ales on rotation, showcasing the best of what’s brewing regionally and beyond.
Fridges are packed with over 100 beers and ciders in cans and bottles, including 16 non-alcoholic options for those after the flavour without the ABV. Alongside the beer, there’s a carefully selected choice of wines, cider on tap, soft drinks, and snacks to keep everyone happy. Drinks are served in pint, half, or third measures, making it easy to sample a bit of everything.
Regular events include a monthly book club, a sociable weekly running club, and a monthly menopause café. The bar also hosts regular brewery showcases, giving customers the chance to meet the brewers and discover new favourites.
Both the upstairs bar and cellar area are available to hire for private parties, functions, and meetings, offering a relaxed and intimate space for any occasion.
