Up to five real ales are served, normally sourced from the local area.
Food is prepared and cooked on the premises using local ingredients wherever possible.
Dogs are welcome in the bar which is furnished with old sofas and chairs. A log fire is a feature in the colder weather.
A large beer garden overlooks the glorious Devon countryside. In summer a barbecue is available for private parties or for hire to cook yourself.
The landlord is a keen rugby fan and live games are shown in the bar, when it can get very busy.
