Formerly The Stable cider bar the pub closed in March 2020 and was eventually redeveloped as two smaller restaurant unites (Planning applications 21/02689/FUL). after spending a short while as a Philippine restaurant the front unit has now reopened as Parler Bar. Parler is a collaborative project from DEYA Brewery, FOUR CATS and La Boulangerie Artisan.

Blending vintage Parisian cafe culture, classic cocktail and wine bar ambience, with an urban taproom edge, Parler also has a focus on analogue music, aiming to create a stylish and sociable space for those who love good music, specialty coffee, quality cocktails, natural wines and fresh craft beer.
