The old manor house dates back to circa 1620. The bar has bare floorboards and a long bench seat and various stools and chairs. A huge fireplace (dated 1701) holds a wood-burning stove. The building's owner collects architectural clocks from demolished buildings. An example of a relatively modern salvaged reproduction hangs in the bar. The pool table includes both the regular 8 ball triangle and the less common 9 ball diamond. The pub is next to the National Park car park.
