This is a club, which means that the bar may be only open to members.
The Club is accessible to members, members’ guests, as well as affiliated members of RBL (Royal British Legion) or CIU (Club & Institute Union); plus new members and card-carrying CAMRA members are always welcome. Towards the front are the lounge bar and a chapel of remembrance. To the rear is a substantial extension built in 2001 to house the large concert room. Adjacent to the car park to the side of the club is a small lawned area equipped with garden furniture. A small beer festival is held in the summer.
Historic Interest
The Club was founded in a former 19th century private dwelling house situated in the in the shadow of St. Peters Church, very much at the heart of Oadby and would have at one point overlooked the long since disappeared village green.
