Refurbished in early 2014 to form a pleasant environment for drinking, eating and socialising. It's now a modernised open-plan room around a central servery. Strong ties with Tigers Regiment and Leicester Tigers Rugby Club with plenty of memorabilia. The pub can get busy for major sporting events.

Historic Interest

Historically owned by Thomas Salt & Co Ltd, 119 High Street, Burton-upon-Trent, a brewery that was taken over by Bass, Ratcliff & Gretton Ltd in 1927.
