NW3 Bar & Kitchen, Hampstead

Closed in 2012, a sad end for a once popular pub. In 2013 re-opened as a restaurant but that did not last. Reopened again on 31st October 2014 as NW3 Bar & Kitchen under the old family ownership. Closed again Nov 2015 sign outside "restaurant on the market" but that does not seem to have happened. 10/09/2016 - noted as having been converted to residential use (an extension of the boutique hotel above). The door has an 'HH' monogramme, like the one on the hotel's website so assume that it's the new entrance. The side entrance has been boarded up; the new entrance area has incorporated stud partition walls, presumably to create internal corridors. Fans of 1990's TV may remember the long-standing guvnor here as making regular appearances with Chris Evans on TFI Friday. Planning permission had been granted in April 2016 - for internal alteration to accommodate change of use from A3 to C1 including associated external alterations.
