Reopened April 2025, awaiting survey.
Known locally as the 'Navi', this well maintained pub, said to be a former 16th century Moot Hall, is in the valley bottom by the Calder and Hebble canal. There's an attractive beer garden with views of Norland, whilst the interior consists of long lounge divided into sections. Behind the bar there is another dining room, which is overlooked by a large old fireplace that's marked 'IMW 1722'. Access is via Chapel Lane, a narrow road that descends from the junction of the A58 and A6026. It can also be reached on foot by walking eastwards along the canal from the basin. To get to the pub from the station, turn right at the bottom of the station steps and take the first left to the bridge over the river.
This Pub serves 1 changing beer and 1 regular beer.
