This Pub is Closed Long Term

Large pub/restaurant/hotel near the sea front at Marsden which closed in 2024. Plans have been submitted to convert part of the building into a convenience store. The development to include on the ground floor a pub/restaurant. There are numerous buses which pass the door to South Shields and Sunderland.
