The Malt Shovel is situated just off the main High Street in the centre of Beeston. Recently re-opened under Heineken Star and reverting back to traditional pub. Bar has 5 hand pulls, but currently only 3 being used. Seating areas at the front and back of the pub with a separate area with a pool table.

Historic Interest

Formerly a Shipstones tied house.

As at November 2017, the Malt Shovel (Freehold NT20645) was owned by Punch Partnerships (PTL) Limited [Reg. No. 3512363] and transferred to Star (Heineken) on the 5th March 2018.
