Historic Interest

Earliest Record is 1870, changed name to Lord Exmouth Hotel in 1878, bought by West Cheshire Brewery in 1897 then later by Threlfalls. Closed on 29 March 1969 as a result of a Compulsory Purchase Order as part of clearance scheme and demolished. New Exmouth pub built on the same site.
