The Lion is located at the corner of Wick Road and Cross Road (now School House Lane) and dates back to 1876. Victorian single-bar extended corner pub. There is a large covered patio beer garden at the back with plenty of seating. Separate restaurant area. lunch menu changes daily.

NB. Soft opening 1st Dec. at 4pm. Opening hours will ramp up though the week with a full food offering by Thursday and a launch party on Friday.

The pub is a short walk from Hampton Wick Station and the 281/285 bus routes.

Note. No cash transactions - CARD ONLY

The pub closed its doors on Sunday 11th December 2022. In March 2025 it was sold by Fleurettes Estate Agents to (Ref. LA-424296) to a local community group.
