This is a restaurant, where drinking alcohol, including draught and bottled beer, is only allowed when food is being consumed.

Le Blaireau is a French bistro, part of the large complex that is Careys Manor Hotel. The hotel offers accommodation, a spa, and two further restaurants: the Zen Garden (Thai), and the Manor; the latter has two AA rosettes and serves British food with a French influence. French occasions such as Bastille Day are celebrated with special events in Le Blaireau. Dogs are not allowed in the buildings, but there is an extensive, sheltered, outdoor eating and drinking area.
