Filby is renowned for it's superb summer floral displays which are everywhere. The pub was originally owned by Lowestoft brewer Morse before it was taken over by Morgan, and stands at the eastern end of the village set back a little from the road.
Following a major refurbishment in 2017 it now has a single modern bar, with two areas, one of which leads out to the enclosed garden, with tables on the grass and on the small patio.
The bar top is made of bronze coins, covered with glass, and has three handpumps, and lager and craft taps on the back bar.
Included in the East Norfolk CAMRA Branch 2024 Ale Guide. Check the Branch website for further details of the Ale Guide.
This Pub serves 3 changing beers and 0 regular beers.
