This ancient sixteenth century Grade II listed inn is situated in the heart of Sipson village centre. For generations this site has been the hub of the community and continues to be to this today. Food is Nepalese.
Historic Interest
Grade II listing:- Late medieval. Formerly a hall house. Two storeys, modern colourwashed roughcast and short timber framing. Old roof covered with modern tiles, hipped ends with gablets. Three modern casements with little gables over. Four modern sashes and two doors on ground floor. Small slate pentice along most of the front. Timber framing exposed at both ends of front.
Interior has very heavy exposed beam ceiling to ground floor front room to both end bays; centre bay modern.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 2 regular beers.
