Originally Jericho House. Rebuilt early 19th century with the Jericho Brewery next door. Sold in 1871 to Morrell's who closed the brewery. A famous Oxford music venue - many big-name bands (Radiohead, Supergrass started here) have played (and still do play) in the upstairs room. The bar downstairs is decorated in dark hues. There is a large garden at the rear with some covered seating. The pub is said to be haunted by the ghost of a small boy who sits on the bar! Has a better than average selection of keg beer but might only have one cask ale on in quiet part of week.
This Pub serves 2 changing beers and 1 regular beer.
