High above the Wear Valley, this ancient building has been the subject of a recent refurbishment which has increased the space in the comfortable bar area, which retains the real fire and pool table "round the corner", as well as revealing interesting architectural features, and there is a patio area to the rear of the building with views over the rooftops. CAMRA discount offered.
