Former Little Chef situated on the A47 with views over the Welland Valley.

The Hub at Rutland Point opened its doors in June 2025 serving a good range of food and drinks. No cask ales, small range of bottled Grainstore beers plus real cider in summer months.

Various local artisans display goods for sale - gift-cards, pottery plus vinyl record sales.

Accommodation available plus motorhome stop-overs possible.
