A stone built pub in a hilltop village overlooking the Welland valley and with commanding views of the Harringworth Viaduct. It is located about two miles east of Uppingham and with easy access from the A47 to the north.
The building once housed the butchers and the bakery in addition to the inn. The building dates back to 1620 and still serves as the hub for local villages.
Booking is advised for food. Attractive garden area.
