Large open-plan pub which retains some multi-room feel. There are three handpumps with one regular and two changing real ales. A quiz and competition night takes place on Tuesdays. The is a DJ/karaoke night on Thursdays. Live entertainment takes place on Saturday evenings and alternates between a DJ and a live band. The jukebox is free on Sunday evenings. "Happy Hour" 3-6pm. A hotel, restaurant and leisure club (containing a heated salt water swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna) is located to the rear of the pub. The restaurant serves meals 7 days a week, 10am to midnight. No dogs allowed except guide dogs.
