This Pub is Closed Long Term

This is an old traditional village pub with locally supplied home cooked good food and excellently kept beers from nearby breweries. The pub has a garden at the rear, is in the centre of the village and is popular with walkers and cyclists. Pensioners meals are available here Tuesday to Friday lunchtimes, curry night Wednesdays and feed for a fiver on Saturday lunchtimes. A Community Benefit Society http://www.kingsheadfriends.co.uk/ is running which wants to purchase this pub to prevent its closure.
