Comfortable 'Estate' pub at Coronation Square, opposite new college buildings and police station. Pine-panelled rooms. Jazz nights planned.

The end terrace of a modern block of shops with flats above it became derelict after being empty for at least 6 years and was demolished leaving behind the other 5 units.
