JUL 2023 - Now a florist and gift shop.

JUN 2023 - Planning application 22/06001/FUL refused on same grounds as previous one.

MAR 2023 - Closed and unlikely to reopen. Operation was under a temporary licence and obtaining a suitable full licence was proving difficult, probably as initial planning permission has been refused.

NOV 2022 - Planning application 22/06001/FUL The application is for a hybrid of Class 1 and Sui Generis Class 3 as an Artisan Cafe and visitor experience for onsite dining and retail areas for purchasing foods, merchandise, and off sales. Also made on behalf of the brewery.

MAY 2022 - Listed Building consent 21/06251/LBC for change of use from Shop Class 1 to shop Class 3 Sui Generis granted. Associated planning permission 21/06251/FUL was however refused due to an unacceptable impact on residential amenity. Both were made on behalf of the brewery.

DEC 2021 - New shop & Tap Room for the local Ferry Brewery with off sales and cask and keg beers for consumption on the premises. (NB there was no planning approval for this change of use)
